Glen Arm is a wonderful area, located in the Heart of Baltimore County, the area is an excellent hub for access to many popular tourism destinations. Glen Arm is just a short drive to historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

The Glen Arm Maryland real estate market is stable and growing; the average family home will cost around $530,000. Most neighborhoods are well established and there isn’t much new construction of real estate in Glen Arm.
